L'appartamento si trova in una verde zona residenziale a metà strada tra la località balneare di Santa Maria di Castellabate (meno di 2 km/3 minuti d'auto) con le sue splendide spiagge Bandiera Blu e il borgo antico di Castellabate (3 km) con i suoi vicoli tortuosi, location del film Benvenuti al Sud. L'alloggio è situato in una posizione molto comoda, è possibile esplorare sia il nord del Cilento che fare una gita di un giorno in barca a Capri. E, se vuoi semplicemente rilassarti, puoi farlo sulla terrazza con vista sul mare o nel giardino ben curato. Il mare sarà sempre "con te" perché hai una vista fantastica anche dalla camera da letto e dalla cucina-soggiorno!

Die schmucke Ferienwohnung Villa Giraluna befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Wohnhauses der Eigentümer. Zu dieser führt eine eigene Zufahrt. Eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit 4-Flächen-Gasherd, kleinem Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und einem Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa (3. und 4. Person) und SAT- TV mit deutschen Programmen erwartet Sie. Des Weiteren finden Sie ein großzügiges Meerblick-Doppelschlafzimmer sowie ein gepflegtes Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, WC und Bidet vor.
Außenbereich:
Auf der überdachten Terrasse steht Ihnen Gartenmobiliar zur Verfügung. Für ein ausgiebiges Sonnenbad im Garten sind Liegestühle vorhanden.
Nach dem Strandbesuch steht Ihnen eine Warmwasser-Außendusche zur Verfügung.

Ein Supermarkt befindet sich bereits in 1 km Entfernung.
Der feine und flach abfallende Sandstrand (2 km) von Santa Maria di Castellabate wird alle begeistern, die gerne im Meer baden, um sich danach im Sand von der Sonne trocknen zu lassen.
Unser Tipp: Fahren Sie die panoramareiche Küstenstraße des Cilento entlang und halten Sie zwischendurch an den malerischen Küstenorten, um bei einem Cappuccino das noch typisch süditalienische Dorfleben kennenzulernen.
Unweit Ihrer Ferienwohnung befindet sich auch die Büffelfarm „Tenuta Vannullo“, auf der Sie in den Genuss des echten Mozzarellas aus Büffelmilch in Bio-Qualität kommen.

The holiday apartment is located in a green residential area halfway between the seaside resort of Santa Maria di Castellabate (2 km) with its gorgeous, gently sloping sandy beach and the mountain village of Castellabate (3 km) with its winding alleys.
As the holiday apartment is very conveniently located, you can both explore the north of the Cilento and make a day trip by boat to Capri.
And, if you simply want to unwind, you can do so on the sea view terrace or in the well-tended garden.
The sea will always 'be with you' because you have got a fantastic view even from the bedroom and the kitchen-cum-living room!
The holiday apartment:
The nice holiday apartment Villa Giraluna is located on the ground floor of the owners’ home. The apartment is accessed via a separate driveway.
The cozy kitchen-cum-living room includes 4-burner gas stove, small oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment as well as a living area with sofa bed (3rd and 4th persons) and SAT-TV.
Furthermore, there is a spacious sea view double room as well as a bathroom with shower cabin, WC and bidet.

Outdoor area:
Garden furniture is at your disposal on the roofed terrace. For sunbathing you can use the sunbeds in the garden.
After a day at beach the warm water outdoor shower serves you well.

Villa Giraluna includes, among others, washing machine, SAT-TV, WIFI, warm water outdoor shower, central heating.

You can park your car on the fenced premises.

Our tip: Drive along the scenic coastal road of the Cilento and stop at the picturesque coastal towns to experience the still typical southern Italian village life while enjoying a cup of cappuccino.
Not far from your holiday home lies „Tenuta Vannullo“, a buffalo farm where you can give yourself a real treat – genuine mozzarella made of buffalo milk of organic quality.
